Alex T. Goetze
Director of Site Acquisition
Alex Goetze received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento, and later went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from, the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He then practiced as an attorney in California before transitioning into the telecommunications industry. Alex has worked with multiple wireless carriers on hundreds of sites throughout Northern California. He has also served on an advisory planning council for Sacramento County, where he currently lives. Alex also is an adjunct law professor at an area college. His operational duties include management of CWC's site acquisition group.

Stephen A. Smith
Director of Land Use Planning
Stephen Smith received his Bachelor's of Science in Planning and Development from the University of Southern California. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Stephen began his work in the telecommunications industry while attending law school in the evening. He has worked in site acquisition and planning, often providing both services for each wireless site. He has experience as a supervisor for site acquisition and zoning managers. His responsibilities for CWC include management of the land use planning group.
